The 5 Km city race is back, set to take place in the historic center of Bologna on Sunday, March 3, 2024, during the third edition of the Bologna Marathon. Once again, the Tecnocasa group will paint this joyful sporting event green, sponsored by CSI, the Provincial Committee of Bologna, leading participants through a fascinating labyrinth of medieval streets, lively squares, and architectures reflecting centuries of history and culture. More than just a race open to everyone, it's also an opportunity to walk or run for a good cause through a solidarity project developed in collaboration with Confcommercio Ascom Bologna and with the support of Banca di Bologna.

The charity program of the Bologna Marathon 2024 will be incorporated into the Tecnocasa Bologna CityRun. Anyone will have the chance to join the Run5000 - a large team of the Third Sector involving 15 organizations dedicated to those in need. These include the AIRC Foundation for cancer research Ets - Emilia-Romagna Committee, FANEP odv, FACE FOUNDATION ITALIA Ets, Aias Bologna Onlus, Ageop Ricerca odv, Fondazione Policlinico Sant'Orsola ONLUS, Fondazione ANT ITALIA Onlus, Susan G. Komen Italia Aps - Emilia Romagna Regional Committee, AIL BOLOGNA, LOTO odv, l'Aliante, Associazione Metropolitana LILT BOLOGNA, Fondazione Opera dell'Immacolata Onlus, Angsa bologna ets aps, and Provincia S. Antonio dei Frati Minori.

Upon registration, participants can indicate the organization they wish to support. In addition to the race kit for the Tecnocasa Bologna CityRun, participants will receive the jersey of the Third Sector team, symbolizing the journey beyond the finish line of solidarity.

Race bibs for the Tecnocasa Bologna CityRun, starting at 10:15 from Via Rizzoli, are available online at www.bolognamarathon.run, with the option to join the Third Sector Team RUN5000. From mid-December, registration will also be possible in the Tecnocasa agencies in Bologna and the province. The maximum limit of participants is set at 3,000.
