We are looking for experienced runners to join the Pacer team for the Bologna Marathon 2025! If you have a background in running and want to help fellow athletes reach their goals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Pacer, you’ll be a key reference point for runners aiming to maintain a steady pace and cross the finish line within their target time. Your role will not only be to keep the rhythm, but also to motivate and encourage participants throughout the race, especially during the challenging final stretches.
